Since summer 2022 I found it hard to leave the house and was feeling nauseous and getting physically sick a lot due to severe anxiety. I wasn’t able to go to school. I was prescribed anti-depressants but I didn’t want to take them but I was willing to try homeopathy. I find it hard to talk about my anxiety and symptoms but Sandra made it very easy. First I filled out a detailed written questionnaire and then we talked over Skype. Sandra prescribed remedies for me and kept in regular contact to see how I was getting on. The remedies definitely helped with my anxiety and really helped with the nausea in particular. I still talk to Sandra whenever I feel I need to and she advises me on the most suitable remedies. After COVID I was left exhausted and had no energy for anything. I would even struggle to get out of bed in the morning, and some days I mostly lay in bed. My mood crashed, too, and I felt hopeless. It was my daughter who suggested we should try Homeopathy. So we approached Sandra, who was recommended to us by our neighbour. At our first meeting, she asked very detailed questions and listened carefully to my answers. She prescribed a remedy that I was to take twice a day for 3 weeks. Within the first week, I had re-gained some energy, and by the end of the second week I was able to do jobs around the house with some rest in between. Sandra was checking in with me twice a week and monitoring my progress. It is now 2 weeks since I stopped the remedy, and I cannot believe how far I have come, I'm feeling my usual self, I'm amazed!
